Lemurian Girl Returns

What is the Difference Between Freedom & Imperturbability?

Sometimes releasers get confused about the difference between Freedom and Imperturbability (I know, that word is a mouthful).  For all intended purposes, they are one and the same.  The thing is, due to human language and how our brains work regarding the associations and pictures stored in our subconscious, the term “Freedom” isn't so ubiquitous in terms of what it means to each person.

IMPERTURBABILITY — that is, where no one and nothing can bother you…there's not a lot to change or argue with on what it means.  Some people ask “Is that really what it means to be free — where no one and nothing bother you any more ever again?”

I don't know, I'm still working on finding out, I'll be sure and let you know when I get there.  However, the glimpses I've had into this state let me know I'm definitely moving in the right direction. It feels wonderful when no one and no thing perturb me…to me it feels like emotional, mental and spiritual freedom.  My body could be sick and aching, or filled with vitality, health and life… my heart could be breaking into bits or bursting with joy, it doesn't matter.  I'm imperturbable.

Is Imperturbability the same thing as APATHY?  You might be thinking, “Well, that sounds really boring or really apathetic.  All Joys and all Sorrows are dissolved into this one state of imperturbability? What the hell is that supposed to mean?”

First off, that's just your mind yakking.  The Release Technique shows you the difference between the small mind and the large mind.  When you relax into your large mind, you'll see how Apathy is really a suppression of all feelings and imperturbability is full on acceptance of any and all feelings, thoughts, delusions, illusions and Truth still abides; a feeling of Oneness pervades.

Call it what you will – Oneness, Beingness, Love, God, Goddess, the Universe, Shiva/Shakti, etc.  The Fundamentalist religions won't like me for saying this (but who cares, I'm imperturbable ;) :

if you haven't figured it out yet, it's all One and the same thing.

That used to be a revolutionary concept, is it still? Do you agree or disagree?

Til Next Time~

Love,

LemurianGirl
